Legal Basis

The basis for the cookie notice is the amended Electronic Communications Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 109/2012; hereinafter ZEKom-1), which came into effect at the beginning of 2013 and introduced new rules regarding the use of cookies and similar technologies for storing or accessing information stored on a user’s computer or mobile device.
