Weight loss is much more than putting the number on the scale down no matter what. It is a health aspect which considers, building muscles while losing extra fat and staying healthy in the body and mind. From women’s perspective, weight loss is also reflection in the mirror, which naturally comes, when first is attained. The core of my holistic weight loss strategy is to build a fitness mindset, project healthy lifestyle habits and have long-term results.

There is a huge pressure from social media on women’s look, obsessing on ways of losing weight, staying young, and fit in certain society form. Looking what is good for you in the sea of weight loss information, is so overwhelming. Most of them encourage fast diets, injections and other quick fixes, forgetting that nothing is sustainable without biological approach. To be in sync with your body to make it work.
We are expression of our habits and what we taught our mind by repeating, that’s the life we are having. Only long-term results of healthy weight loss can be achieved with healthy lifestyle mindset and everyday habits on repeat. Everybody is individual and unique, that’s why it is essential to be in sync with your body and follow individual path of progress.
How long is needed?
This is a million-dollar question! and should not be on our list of priorities. Sometimes what works for your friend doesn’t work for you. Everybody is unique, and weight loss progress depends on many factors, but most important are discipline and consistency. Time invested in building positive healthy mindset of a lifestyle change is so valuable and gradual, sustainable fat reduction is a road to go. Rapid weight loss that shows fast on a scale, often leads to muscle loss and nervous system survival mode. Healthy weight loss improves not only physical health by reducing the risk of chronic diseases, but also boosts self-esteem and emotional resilience.
