Appart from sculpting your physique, which as a women we are very much looking forward to, it builds bone density, boosts metabolism, and sharpens mental clarity while teaching your body to effectively manage stress as a health enemy number one!
I myself, start growing this positive mindset around exercise when I was 15. Today this habit ensured years of training investment in feeling strong, confident, and capable to manage days when I lose my track and challenge of life’s changes as a woman of 46. Knowing how being physiscaly active in every phase of life is beneficial for women’s health, my mission is to teach you to have the , like I was doing with women training with me in person.
How to keep a training habit regular?
